Short Code Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive short code text messages from Automated Valet Parking Manager, LLC ("AVPMi") and its Swyft Valet product line, you agree to the following Short Code Messaging Terms & Conditions. These terms apply specifically to communications sent via SMS/MMS using our short code messaging program.

1. Program Description

AVPMi / Swyft Valet provides transactional and operational messages related to parking and valet services, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ticket notifications
  • Vehicle request and retrieval updates
  • Payment links
  • Service confirmations
  • Operational alerts related to a guest's parking or valet session

Messages are sent only in connection with an active or requested service.

2. Opt-In

Users may opt in to receive messages by:

  • Checking a consent box acknowledging agreement to receive messages including ticket notifications, vehicle request and retrieval updates, payment links, service confirmations, and operational alerts related to parking or valet sessions

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user activity and service interactions.

4. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to our short code to opt out of receiving text messages at any time. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive short code text messages unless you re-opt in.

6. Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AVPMi does not charge a fee for sending or receiving messages.

7. Supported Carriers & Platforms

Short code messaging services are supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Data Use & Sharing

Mobile phone numbers and related data collected through our short code program are used solely to provide parking and valet service communications via text message. AVPMi does not sell or share mobile numbers to third-parties for their own purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

AVPMi may update these Short Code Messaging Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
